How Much Do I Have To Pay An Apprentice I Hire Today?

Are you thinking of hiring an apprentice? The question I get asked most often by potential employers is ‘How much do I have to pay?”. The easy answer for me is to say, “Call FairWork or go onto their website”. But thats not very helpful! So I have just gone through the Fair Work Ombudsman Pay Rate Calculator so you don’t have to! If your apprentice works underground, or has irregular work hours, the rate may be different.
