FCTA – Building Careers is running a Certificate II in Construction (CPC20112) Pre-Apprenticeship Course starting 10th September. The course runs for 10 weeks, Tuesday – Friday commencing 10/09/2019 – 15/11/2019. The SA Government is funding eligible participants via WorkReady & TGSS (for high school students). We currently have employers with apprenticeships available in Bricklaying, Tiling & Plastering. These Pre-apprenticeship courses are a way for many employers to recruit people who are ready to work and already have some skills.

The location for the course is at 15 Jacobsen Crs, Holden Hill SA. Training is focused on the development of practical hand skills. Existing apprentices and industry representatives will be at FCTA during the course to discuss what the industry is like and the day to day work apprentices do.
